Are you a coach-in-training ready to embark on the certification journey toward your CPCC or ACC credential? If that's you, I offer flexible mentor coaching packages to meet your CPCC coaching requirement and help you navigate the ups and downs of certification. I also offer International Coach Federation mentor coaching for working towards your ACC or PCC.
As your Mentor Coach, I’ll help you prepare for each step in the application process while you gain confidence in your coaching style, giving you the support and guidance you need to get more clients and fill your practice. I provide specific and actionable feedback to help you elevate your coaching. Get the tools, documents, knowledge and experience you need to coach at the highest level and pass your exam and coaching assessment with flying colors.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
1. ATTEND YOUR INTRO CALL
During this call, we will get to know each other and see if we're a good fit for your certification needs.
We will talk about your goals, what's on your radar in the coming months, and any questions you have for me about my experience, certification or coaching style.
2. PREP FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION
Once our partnership is established, send in your completed Welcome Kit and put your first coaching session on your calendar. We’ll go over the materials and tools we’ll be using, and we’ll have a discussion to review ethics and guidelines.
3. START YOUR JOURNEY
When starting Certification, the set-up logistics can feel overwhelming. In mentoring many coaches through this program, I've seen the themes that tend to pop up as coaches prepare to start. We’ll ensure you're all set with your five clients for certification and ready for your first pod call.

ONE KICKOFF CALL

In our first call, we will create the foundation of our relationship, set clear action steps toward your coaching goals and discuss navigating the credentialing process smoothly.

SEVEN BI-WEEKLY COACHING SESSIONS

During our sessions, we will practice, analyze and deepen your coaching skills by clarifying your values and refining life and business purpose in service of certification and coaching mastery.

Get accountability and time management support to successfully manage your certification workload and other life commitments.

Tools to prepare, submit and succeed with an ICF credential application or CPCC Certification pathway.

Revisit challenging sessions to gain mastery of your approach and focus on the areas where you need to improve. Review recordings of your coaching sessions and align your coaching to the ICF and/or Co-Active credentialing requirements.

YOUR EXAMS
Boosting your confidence as a coach and replacing “bad habits” with best practices. Prepare for your final exams so you feel confident and get the specific skills you need to pass your oral and written exams with flying colors.

With Danika’s help, I stopped looking for a full-time HR role and started my practice. I had quit my job and was looking at what I wanted to do for my career.
