THE TEAM COACHING PROCESS

01

ASSESS

In our initial Stakeholder meeting, we discuss organizational needs and design the coaching program together. Your team fills out an initial assessment to prepare and gain insight into which problems will be tackled.

REVEAL (SESSION 1)

During our first session, we will develop a team alliance and reveal more group dynamics with the stakeholders present. The team will set goals, build trust and get their questions answered on the structure of the coaching.

COACH & LEARN (SESSION 2-6)

In ongoing regular team coaching sessions, issues will be surfaced and solved together, in a fun and engaging way. The team will build trust and accountability together as we learn and work towards the key organizational outcomes we set out to achieve.

COMMITMENT (FINAL SESSION)

In our final completion session, the team will get closure, review learnings and celebrate what we have achieved together. There will be time to decide and declare how the team will carry on learnings and agreements into the future.

EVALUATE

The team and stakeholders will fill out a feedback survey to solidify learning and plan for future team coaching opportunities.
